I'm one of the librarians at Pierce College Library, 2005 winner of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) Excellence in Academic Libraries Award . My main responsibilities at Pierce are

  • Providing reference service
  • Teaching people how to do research
  • Writing handouts on research-related topics
  • Assisting in maintaining the library's web site
  • Cataloging and working on other Technical Services projects
